What information do we collect?
We receive the information you voluntarily enter in our service and career forms: your name, contact details, business activity and project requirements, or your specialism, experience, skills, CV and portfolio links. Career applications also require your age, gender and photographs of both sides of your identity card to verify your identity. We do not ask for health information or payment details. Please do not include confidential information that our team does not need to review your request.
How do we use your information?
We use it to understand your request, contact you, prepare a suitable proposal or assess professional collaboration. A career application does not mean there is a current vacancy or guarantee acceptance. We do not send marketing campaigns without separate consent. You can opt into email or WhatsApp independently in the form; these choices do not affect the review of your request. Campaign messages include an unsubscribe link, and we keep a suppression record to prevent further messages on the channel you opt out of.
Storage & access
Requests are stored in private server storage and made available to authorised staff according to the request type. Identity photographs are stored after metadata such as location is removed, are accessible only to the recruitment team and are not sent by email. Hosting and email delivery services may process information as necessary to provide the service and may operate outside your country. We do not sell your data or display your requests on public website pages.
Retention & deletion requests
We retain data as needed to review and follow up on your request. You may ask what information we hold about you, request corrections or ask us to delete your request, its links and attached identity photographs by emailing the address below with your reference number. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request belongs to you.
Technology & external links
The website does not add analytics, advertising or marketing tracking tools. Hosting may use technical cookies needed for security or preview access. WhatsApp and map links open third-party websites subject to their own policies. We use CV and portfolio links as you provide them; check their viewing permissions and do not send passwords to access them.
